When onboarding with the COER app, you’ll be prompted to set a D-Day. This is a mandatory step to ensure your training cycles are goal-oriented.

Edit Anytime: Need to adjust your target? The D-Day setting is flexible and can be updated anytime through the D-Day settings screen.
